We accept returns under the following conditions:


Return Window

Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.


Mandatory Reporting & Unboxing Video

  • If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must report it within 48 hours of delivery.
  • To raise a return request, a clear, uncut unboxing video is mandatory as proof.
  • No complaints will be accepted after 48 hours of delivery.


Product Condition

Items must be:

  • Unstitched, Unused and unwashed
  • In original packaging
  • With all original tags intact

 

Shipping & Return Charges

In case of a return, the return shipping charges will be deducted from your refund.
We strive to keep these charges reasonable.

 

No Exchange Policy

We do not offer exchanges at this time.

Order Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped.
  • To cancel, please contact us immediately via WhatsApp or Email.
  • Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
  • After delivery, you may request a return in accordance with the Returns Policy.

 

Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed within 1–3 working days after we receive and inspect the returned product.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment.
  • Return shipping charges will be deducted from the total refund amount.
